Anita Sarkeesian, a Canadian/American media critic who is also a popular public speaking event organizer. She is the founder of Feminist Frequency, a site which features video and posts on the representations of women in pop culture. Anita Sarkeesian is an award-winning Canadian-American feminist media critic as well as blogger. Feminist Frequency is a site dedicated to education, which examines women's positions in the pop culture narratives, is her brainchild. Additionally, she serves as the executive director.
